Some of the best lighting in the building. Great location in the front of the space. We can convert this space for cosmetology replacing the sink/cabinet for a shampoo bowl & chair. We will also ad a mat and styling chair. Will require a 24 month lease and an additional $5 per week.

Great for privacy; this is one of only four suites we have that do not have an interior window. It is in the rear of our space, behind our med spa client . There are only exterior suites on this side so the traffic is not as heavy as on the front or the opposite side of the space.
Close to the restrooms for clients ; the break room and laundry for you.

We understand that everyone has different perspectives on the virus and how best to manage their own personal safety. We would ask that you keep in mind our partners are not only looking out for their own personal safety but that of all their clients as well as their own families. Many of them may be vulnerable themselves or have a family member that they want to protect when they go home. Likewise, many of their clients are in similar situations. It is important for all of us that everyone coming into Salon 523 feels safe.
Although each of our professional service partners own their own business within Salon 523, as the Owners, we feel it is our responsibility to support them in ensuring certain policies & practices are consistent for the protection of not only our partners but their clients & families as well.
FACE MASKS –
Anyone coming into the building must wear a mask for the entire duration of their time in the building. Please put your mask on before entering and do not remove it until you have left the building.
Your service partner may be able to provide you with a mask, but they must deliver it to you outside the building.
To assist your service provider a mask with loops that wrap around behind your ears are the most effective.
If you are unable to wear a face mask because of a disability or medical condition you must contact your service provider before your appointment to make them aware of your issue. We cannot at this time guarantee service can be provided but we will explore options with your service partner to see if any arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.
This policy will stay in place until such time as we feel the infection rate for Omaha and the metro area has reached a level to which we feel the risk of infection to our partners & their clients is manageable. This policy does coincide with the Douglas County Mask Mandate however, we reserve the right to extend this policy should the Douglas County mandate be removed.

We know for each of our partners safety is the highest priority. They are diligent in their sanitation and disinfecting practices in their suites. Each of them may have also implemented their own policies for their business. We encourage you to check with them prior to your visit.

Suite 201
This double suite is one of our last remaining vacant suites - with over 300 square feet of space this is a perfect for anyone wanting to keep their appointment book running over or two single professionals that want to combine their efforts. This space features a full wall of windows with a view of west center street and pleasant and consistent lighting. It is just across the hall from our med spa partner and one of the first suites yo see upon entering the space. Our partners enjoy free wifi, free cable and free onsite laundry. We have a convenient location and ample parking. This suite is built out for a cosmetologist with a top of the line shampoo station featuring a telescoping bowl, a color station and counter and station leaving plenty of room for you to customize with your own seating, storage and personal touches.

Suite 202 - This is a great exterior, single suite on the north side of the building. The view is lovely and the lighting is very consistent. Amazing location - just around the corner from JMISKO's suites.
The suite measures out at 152 sq. ft. and leases for $237.50/ week. This is built out for a cosmetologist but we can easily change it up for your needs. Like this post AND our Facebook page for a promotional rate on a 3 year lease for this suite.
